If any officials have questions about their specific reservations, need help in making or updating a reservation, they can utilize our new entertainment desk. The instructions are below.

To book reservations directly with our Entertainment and Production desk, please call 1-800-736-2847, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, the desk can be reached via email at productiondesk@avisbudget.com (emails monitored Monday – Friday 7am to 8pm CST).

Please be sure to include your AvisAWD# and billing ID (GEB) with any request made through the productions desk.
